Yes and no. Not all stains can be eliminated from the carpet This depends on few factors like time the stain is present on the carpet, was any self-treatment attempted, type of the carpet fibre.
Do you have any accreditations?
Our cleaning company is in possession of Safe Contractor Accreditation. This means that all employees are given adequate training, tool box talk, and taught on safe working method statement, risk assessment and how to follow health& safety procedures.
How do I pay for carpet cleaning service?
We, invoice at the end of each cleaning session. So you have over 3 days before you pay for the service. We expect prompt payment once the invoice is sent out to you.
Do you provide professional carpet cleaning materials and equipment?
Yes, we can provide all detergents and machinery needed for different carpet cleaning jobs. If you prefer eco-friendly detergents we can supply these as well.
Do you answer short notice calls?
